Jessica manages logistics for our Waterloo Region and Southwestern Ontario operations, ensuring every move from Guelph to London runs like clockwork. She joined MoveMaster Pro after four years at a large logistics firm in Kitchener and immediately transformed how we handle scheduling in the region. Jessica is a data-driven thinker who uses real-time routing software to optimize crew dispatch and minimize delays. She has a knack for anticipating problems before they arise — whether that is a parking restriction on move day or a last-minute date change from a client. Her clients consistently describe her as "the most organized person they have ever worked with." Jessica is also actively mentoring two junior coordinators on the team.
